Why is a safety check important?

Your tyre legal limit is 1.6mm. However, anything less than 4mm doubles your stopping distance and this is dangerous in cold weather and wintery roads. Also, a lack of antifreeze is a common reason for engine failure in the coId months. We highly recommend that every car driver takes time to have their vehicle checked and do all they can to drive safely during the winter season.

What is involved in an MOT?

We specialise in MOT's for all makes and types of cars including 4x4's. Should your vehicle fail it's first MOT we offer a FREE seven day retest. Our engineers will also offer a competitive quote to adjust, fix or replace any item on your car that may need further attention.

Our Ministry of Transport certification ensures your vehicle is in the hands of fully qualified engineers, and any problem is resolved to the satisfaction of yourself and stringent UK road standards.

Is there an MOT retest fee if my car doesn't pass first time?

No. We offer a free ten working day retest making sure your costs are kept to a minimum.

Will you let me know the costs before carrying out any work on my vehicle?

Absolutely. We want to know you're happy with the work suggested before we do anything, giving you peace of mind at all times.

Our team have a combined 65 years experience in automotive servicing and repairs industry and have served the local community since 2003. An authorised MoT test and examiner, you can Dion and his highly skilled team to deliver first class service and make sure your car is taken care of to the highest standards.
