Please read through our brief description of our new ways of working, set out by the government.

Our priority is to keep you and our staff safe.

Below is the customer experience you can expect from us during this unprecedented time.

Our new way of working:

• Please call on 0208 654 6555 with any queries or to book in your car. 

• Please supply a detailed explanation of what services you require. If after booking in, you would like us to look at something else on your vehicle please call back to add this to your work schedule. 

• This will help us to limit face to face interactions when dropping off your vehicle. 

• Only staff will be permitted to be within the workshop area. 

• When arriving at your appointment time please ring the doorbell that is clearly sign posted and located on our driveway on the right-hand side before the doors. 

• Please adhere to the 2-meter distancing. 

• A member of staff will come to the doors. 

• Please advise our staff where you have parked your vehicle and leave your keys on the hook next to the doorbell and our staff will take them as you walk away.  

• We will then refer to the schedule of work you detailed when booking in.

 

• We will be in touch by phone with an update on the progress on your vehicle. 

• Once your vehicle is ready, please be prepared to make payment over the telephone. 

• Once you arrive please ring the doorbell on the driveway, our staff will come out and advise you where your car is parked and will leave your keys and invoice on a hook for you to collect immediately. 

• Please be advised we will take no liability for your vehicle if keys are left unattended at any time.

 

Our updated care procedures:

 To ensure a clean and safe working environment for you our customers and our staff we will be carrying out the following hygiene measures

• No entrance into the workshop is permitted, all interactions will happen at a 2-meter distance on our driveway. This also means there is no access to our toilet, refreshments or waiting area.

• Our staff will wear gloves all times whilst working on your vehicle, they will also use seat covers and disinfect keys with antibacterial wipes. Please ensure the interiors of your vehicles are presented in a reasonable condition.

• To maximise ventilation, we would ask you to ventilate your vehicle before dropping it off and we will ventilate your vehicle before handover.

• We will be regularly cleaning/disinfecting the office and workshop areas including equipment and tools.
